I created this blog back on VOX.com when that was a blogging platform out of Japan(?) and not a digital political zine. It was pretty cool because you could integrate Amazon.com product images into your posts, which was really handy for discussing anime on DVD back then. When Vox shut down it migrated this blog to Typepad, which I maintained for awhile.
And I keep it operational for writing long-form essays about anime if the urge strikes....but it seldom does anymore.
If anything, I prefer to keep it breezy & light. Thus you really should follow me on my Tumblr, "Gen X Otaku" instead.
This blog here has really kinda outlived its usefulness. I won't delete it, but I'm maintaining it mostly for archival purposes these days. Tumblr is where I post about anime 99% of the time now.
