THIS oughta be the official video for Girls Generation's GEE

The song is by the K-Pop girl-band Girls Generation, titled "Gee", with the original Korean vocals.  The animation is by Monty Oum of Rooster Teeth, based in Austin, Texas.  The result is pure awesome Anime goodness.  However, I prefer the Japanese version which can be found elsewhere on YouTube.  This is the official video on Monty's channel and the audio has been swapped back to the Korean original (when I first posted this it was the Japanese version, which made more sense with the while Anime-ish theme).  The choreography is, incidentally, based on the actual live action music video done by the artists.
